How we will proceed:

• After an initial meeting or phone conversation, I will create a personalized menu for your event; once approved I'll take care of all of the shopping.
• If your event requires rental equipment, such as flatware and plates or even large outdoor tents or additional staff.  I will arrange any necessary items to guarantee a success.
• The day of your event, I will arrive at your home at the time we previously agreed on and start preparing your menu; on request I will set your table. I can also personally serve your meal, have professional wait staff and bartenders or leave the service up to you.
• Once the food preparation/service is over, I will leave you with a sparkling clean kitchen, filled with delicious aromas. Any leftover food from your party will be neatly packaged and stocked in your refrigerator or freezer, so you can conveniently enjoy it again at your leisure.

For all personal chef event, you will be billed all the food and supplies at cost and an hourly rate for preparation and service time; a fixed rate will be applied for the shopping. Full payment is expected upon completion of the event. Chef Florian LLC is a fully insured personal chef service.
